Painting process flow

The bumper shells of ordinary passenger cars are all made of plastic materials. The painting process for plastic and metal parts is not exactly the same. 

Plastic car bumper shell painting process: Pre-degreasing -> Degreasing -> Water washing 1 -> Water washing 2 -> Pure water washing -> Blowing water -> Drying water -> Flame treatment -> Static electricity removal -> Primer -> Drying -> Rapid cooling -> Sanding -> Static electricity removal -> Base color paint -> Flow leveling -> Clear coat -> Flow leveling -> Drying -> Rapid cooling -> Inspection. 

The process flow will be adjusted according to the actual situation. 

Product composition equipment

Pre-treatment equipment: spray treatment tank, sealed chamber, oil-water separator, filter, phosphating slag removal device, etc.
